STEP ONE: PRODUCT SELECTION

Most of Biziv products are available for customized production, so please check the customization features before your order, for example, only “metal business cards” are available for “cut though”, others are not. Also please know that the production time varies from different products.

STEP TWO: ORDER & ARTWORK

Select “drop-down” menus, tickle “check box” for additional features, input the quantity to start your order, please do add “Design Service” if you want we to design for you. Or you can use the “Upload your Logo & Design” button on the item page to upload your Logo or Artwork file, then place the order & payment.
No artwork? No problem! Add our ‘Design Service’ to your shopping cart, and our in-house graphics team will create custom artwork using your specified logo, drawings, fonts, etc. All orders receive .jpg proofs, prior to production.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Metal cards/ Invitations/ Laser logo:
File types accepted include: .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf, .dxf, and .dwg
Artwork must be in vector format – no gradients, drop shadows, etc.
Other products:
File types accepted include: .jpg, .png, .gif, .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf, .dxf, and .dwg
Image or vector format file is fine, suggest to send us the largest size you have.

STEP THREE: PROOF CONFIRM

Once the order is placed, Biziv will start to design the proof and send back to you for confirmation by Email, the proof time is around 1~4 days. So please do check your email after order placed. If the proof is approved, we will start to produce, else please just reply the proof email and we will re-design and send back for confirmation until get approved.

STEP FOUR: DELIVERY

Your artwork has been approved and your products are ready for production. General lead-time is approximately 1~3 weeks, on the item page will list the detail lead time. Production time may vary depending on order complexity and work-flow. Every attempt will be made to hold our average production time frame.

Standard orders:
USA & CANADA: 6~9 business days via UPS/Fedex.
Australia: 6~10 business days via TOLL Express.
UK & Europe: 6~10 business days via DHL/TNT/UPS.
Rest of the world: 7~13 business days by standard international express shipping: UPS/Fedex/DHL/TNT/EMS.
Sample:
USA, CANADA, Australia, UK: 8~14 business days by standard post parcel, delivered by local post service.
Other counties: 4~6 weeks by economic international parcel.
